LearnFromHome
Can you please explain to me how to work this out. The ratio of hits so far this season for your favorite 4 baseball players is 2: 3: 4: 6. If they have 180 hits all together, how many hits do they each have? Thank you in advance!!!! Judy
Laura Corin
I would do it by adding all the ratio numbers together (2+3+4+6=15). Then divide 180 by the result (180/15=12). Then multiply each of the ratio numbers by 12 to make 24, 36, 48 and 72. Add those back together to check your result (24+36+48+72=180).
