JFSinIL
I think ds did fairly well on his Am. History Subject test. Probably better than on the AP. He definitely did better on his test than I did in writing my subject line w/o typos. Edited May 21, 2009 by JFSinILnewme
NYChristine
Dd is doing a happy dance because her SAT scores were in the range of Cornell, her dream school. Hope everyone else scored well.
lauranc
My 14 yr old son took the US History subject test--- I'm sort of hunting around online to see what a decent score would be. He's not totally thrilled with his score, and is wondering if he should try and retake it. This is our first experience with a test of this kind. Any ideas/websites with info. about what is considered a 'good' score? Thanks. Laura

lauranc
Thanks. I'm just wondering about the necessity of him taking it again. The main reason we thought it would be good to take some SAT subject tests was just to show academic ability--- basically to reinforce his grades as a homeschooler. He's only 14, so he's got lots of time to retake it. I'm just not sure it's worth it. This is such a huge learning curve for me-- just trying to help him through these coming high school years! --Laura
