The stair-lift has been broken for two weeks now, the company has been here 3 times, for over 3 hours each time, and still can't get it to work. Meanwhile my in-laws have a very hard time walking up the stairs, especially my father-in-law. I think they sold us a dud! Plus the whole house is disrupted while they are here and the carpet on the stairs is full of grease that reeks of chemicals and is giving me a headache. I'm really getting mad!!
Jean in NewcastleAlso- they don't put anything down to protect the carpet while they are working? That isn't acceptable either. The company should pay for a professional carpet cleaning on your stairs.

dsmithIt's at the point where we don't even want to deal with them anymore. I found a company that has a showroom about an hour from us and gets good reviews. I think we may check them out instead. This company used to be great, but they have really changed over the last year.
