I saw there is a weight loss challenges thread, but that is too *crash diet-y* for me and likely most people. I want a group that focuses on being healthy and a healthy weight, preferably for those of us trying to lose 10-20 pounds but all are welcome for sure no matter what your starting weight here is, the idea is the same. Healthy.
I am pretty concerned about my health and wellness especially as a SAHM. I like being fit and active and monitor my weight and activity carefully to ensure not too much of my home time is seated / nibbling time. :)
